Newborn sessions happen usually within the first 4-6 weeks after birth.
For an even more relaxed look, having the newborn session in your home is always an option as well, but lighting will need to be considered. Pricing for in home session available upon request.

Once you’ve decided on the type of shoot you are looking for, please inquire through the form on this site. From there we will work together to find a date that works best for the type of shoot you’re wanting.
To secure your date, I will need a non-refundable deposit and a signed contract, then we are ready to go onto the fun part and plan for your shoot! Depending on the type of shoot that you're doing, I have a number of helpful guides that I will share with you after we are officially booked.

*Please make a note that if you are planning a studio session and are looking for something particular such as props, backdrops, set ups, etc. that will require extra coordination, as well as potential added fees if I need to bring props into the studio, specifically for your shoot.*
After we are officially booked and depending on the type of shoot that you’re doing, I have a number of helpful guides that I will share with you after we are officially booked.
In these guides, we will walk through outfit tips, possible locations, hair and makeup artists that I recommend around Indy and have used for past shoots, as well as cover any other general questions or concerns you may have for your shoot.

During your session we will have a lot of fun. Don’t stress over any sort of posing, how your hair looks, etc. I have it covered!
During your Session
WHAT TO EXPECT – 3 of 6
Depending on the type of session that we did together, I will share a gallery link with you within 72 hours for you to choose the photos that you would like for me to edit. Once your selections are made, I will begin editing and I work to get your gallery back to you within the turnaround time. *Please note that the longer your photos go unselected, the longer your photos will go unedited.
Shoots that will not get an editing link are: weddings, engagements, and outdoor couples and family. All other shoots can expect a gallery link from me so I can keep the editing process as short as possible.
In the collection descriptions I have noted the amount of photos you can expect to receive. If you see your selections and would like for me to edit more photos for your gallery, I can always invoice you for additional photos edited.
*Please note that I primarily shoot film and if I shoot film for your session, I like to wait until I get the film back from my lab so that all of your photos will match beautifully and look the best they possibly can. This requires a little extra patience but the result is worth it in the end.

Once your final gallery has been delivered, you will be able to download them all at once or one at a time through the Pic-Time gallery. At this time I will also share the extended details about the products and prints that I offer.
In the Pic-Time gallery you will also be able to order any products or prints, such as canvases, metal or acrylic prints. However, if you decide that you would like a luxurious and completely customized album from your shoot, you can order that directly through me.

Any products or prints that are ordered directly through me are added on to your collection as an á la carte option. These products come from my print lab, Dekora and are extremely high quality albums and prints that beautifully hold your photos. To fully view these products, you can view them here:
Please note that in your online gallery, Pic-Time, you will be able to download all of your photos at once or one at a time. You will also be able to order products through your gallery site such as a variety of traditional prints, acrylic and canvas prints, calendars and even holiday cards as well. The next step would be to reach out through the inquiry page on this site. From there we will coordinate a date that works best for the type of shoot you are wanting and then we will get you on the calendar. To officially book your date, I will need a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit from you to hold your date. Your date will not be secured until we get those items from you.

What’s the next step?
Even if you aren’t sure which days will work for you, it is still a good idea to get on my radar for a shoot. Especially if you are trying to do any type of announcement or holiday card photos with your significant other. The earlier we can do the shoot the better, and the guys usually have limited times where they can be in the photos.
I do understand that things happen such as schedule changes, unforeseen injuries (praying this never happens) and other personal things come up. I will do my best at that time to communicate with you to find another time that works for your shoot. At that time, if you have already submitted your non-refundable deposit, it will be transferred over to the new date.
If for some reason drastic you can’t make any future dates work, the deposit can be refunded but will be handled on a case by case basis.
We aren’t sure what date will work for us, or we need to change shoot days. How does that work?
In the past I have not required a contract or deposit and have held dates for Colts players based off of someone’s word and turned away other work to prioritize those shoots.
Unfortunately, things have come up where people have cancelled or just not shown up without communicating with me and because we didn’t do the shoot and I had turned down other work on the same date and it has affected my business.
Therefore, I am now asking that everyone who works with me fills out the contract and submits the deposit for me to hold your date and time with no exceptions.
Why do you require a signed contract and non-refundable deposit?
Yes! You are able to print the photos yourself if you would like. You can download them from the gallery and get them printed anywhere you would like. I will say that the prints that I offer through the gallery and through my printer, Dekora, are extremely high quality, worth the price and look beautiful framed. Prints ordered through your gallery will be shipped directly to you as well, but printing them yourself is always an option if you would like.
Can we print the photos ourselves?
While I specialize in the types of shoots that you see above, if there is something that you’re looking for in particular, I am happy to do my best to work with you. I was asked a while back if I did underwater maternity. While that is something I have never done before, I am willing to try it out if it is something that you have your heart set on. Any shoot requests outside of what is listed above could require special equipment, locations, etc. and will need to be discussed and priced out accordingly.
Do you shoot anything else that isn’t listed on this page?
I have shot in the stadium, but I am not the person who organizes that or has any impact on scheduling.If you wish to shoot in Lucas Oil, you will have to reach out to DT and he will help coordinate that with you if he can.
I will note that if you want to shoot in the stadium, there is very little control you have over the date and time we are able to be in the stadium. If you are planning on shooting in the stadium, this is something that I will need to know at the very beginning of the booking process so that I can keep dates and times as flexible as possible to accommodate.
